Affiliate Policy & Code of Conduct

1. Free & Open Affiliate Registration

Becoming an affiliate partner on Narayan Skill Zone is 100% free. No mandatory subscription, registration fee, or inventory purchase is required to join or share affiliate links.

2. Three-Level Referral Structure

Narayan Skill Zone follows a strictly bounded three-level promotional incentive model:

• Level 1 (Direct Referrer): The promoter whose link directly referred the customer or student.
• Level 2 (Referrer’s Referrer): The mentor who introduced the Level 1 promoter.
• Level 3 (Third-Level Referrer): The senior upline mentor.
• Maximum 3 Levels: Under no circumstances are commissions distributed to Level 4 or beyond. No dual or unauthorized multi-chain overrides are generated.

3. Sales-Linked Eligibility & Anti-Pyramid Safeguards

Commissions are generated exclusively when a genuine end-consumer purchases an eligible online course or product with cleared payment. No commission is ever paid for merely enrolling free members, recruiting affiliates, or registering accounts.

4. Order Cancellations & Refund Adjustments

If an order or course enrollment is refunded, disputed, or cancelled, any associated pending or credited affiliate commission for that specific order is safely adjusted and reversed to maintain financial ledger equilibrium.

5. Ethical Promotion & Spam Prohibition

Affiliate promoters must not:

• Send unsolicited bulk emails, SMS, WhatsApp spam, or automated bot messages.
• Make exaggerated income claims, guaranteed daily return promises, or represent courses as get-rich-quick schemes.
• Use intellectual property or logo variations in a manner confusing to the public.
• Create self-referral accounts to artificially trigger referral overrides.

6. Payout Terms & KYC Verification

Promoters must complete verifiable KYC (PAN card and valid bank details) prior to withdrawing accrued earnings. Payout requests are reviewed by administration and transferred securely through standard banking channels (NEFT/IMPS/UPI).
